I am a fully certified Aafiyah practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and time techniques.

This monumental event led to me treading down an insurmountable path.

I left the security of a stable job without a clear direction, found myself adrift and in despair. Encountering,what felt like daily obstacle courses and with every step forward often I was taking three steps back. I lived this relentless cycle of struggle.

During this dark period I turned to Allah, seeking guidance and solace. He answered my prayers by throwing in my path an opportunity of transformation through the Aafiyah healing course run by Zuhair Girach, and I wholeheartedly embraced it. I was now feeling a flicker of hope that this would heal me within, and this grew and marked a turning point for me in my life.

Whilst my initial intent was to navigate my personal traumas, the course sparked something more. I resonated with the teachings, how traumas can bind us and cast a pall over our lives. From a young age, I had been highly perceptive and receptive to the energies of others, a trait the Aafiyah healing course helped me identify as being empathic.

People have always gravitated toward me with their health and mental challenges. Witnessing the transformative potential of holistic healing in my own life, I now had 2 goals – to heal my own wounds and to help others grappling with their struggles to heal themselves. I now helped others in different ways on a daily basis, whether subtly channeling positive energies to strangers, offering comfort within mosques or distant corners of the globe, or conducting rapid yet potent ART sessions with people in coffee shops.

What sets Aafiyah healing apart is its holistic approach, and takes into account the importance, as well as the intricate interplay of mind, body, and soul. This philosophy empowers individuals to tap into their innate healing prowess, achieving harmony across all facets of life. This ideology resonated deeply within me, fueling my determination to elevate this calling into a full-fledged vocation. The allure of Aafiyah healing lies in its bridge to divine healing, with Allah as the ultimate healer—Al Shafi.

About Me

Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, I am a fully certified Aafiyah practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and time techniques. The transformative effects of Aafiyah healing have played a pivotal role in my personal journey, motivating me to share this experience with others and assist them on their unique paths to wellness.

Over time, I have had the privilege of working with well over 150 clients, employing both in-person and distant healing approaches. These experiences have yielded remarkable results, effectively addressing issues such depression, anxiety, tinnitus suicidal thoughts, bullying, sex addiction, phobias, emotional abuse and other ailments and various types of body aches by identifying their root causes.
