The Healing Path

Before my session with Usman, I was lacking a sense of self-esteem plagued with a sense of anxiety. This led to me not taking care of myself well, berated myself I’m not worth anything and my aspirations were unachievable. This mindset effected my university work which hindered my progression. This then caused a chain reaction further making my circumstances worse. My session with Usman has given me a positive shift as I prioritised myself more and didn’t have dark thoughts about myself realising, I have a potential to conquer any challenges despite my imperfections. My nature character I felt improved which led me to navigate my life in confidence.
