The Healing Path

I am a 34 year old woman who for my whole life have suffered from anxiety, feelings of worthlessness and the inability to accept love and appreciation. Before my sessions with Usman I always felt heavy and suffered alot from over thinking which would trigger major melt downs. After the first session I felt lighter, happier and was able to realised that I am very loved and accept that love. As a result I no longer carry the constant feeling of impending doom and I am free to realise who I truly am and not what my trauma lead me believe. For me the experience of these sessions have being uplifting and liberation. It has truly being life changing.
