The Healing Path

I carried around anger & anxiety in my marriage for quite a few years as basic expectations & boundaries were unmet by my spouse & I found that this also suppressed my voice. I was referred to Uzzi by a good friend. He received me well & assisted with deep understanding & patience as we unravlled my unprocessed emotions. Even though I thought I would be embarrassed, he made it feel safe to unpack as he allowed me to go through the emotional layers comfortably. Post sessions I felt a great relief after the anxiety & anger were eradicated in the session and I was able to penn down my struggles in communication thereafter and then later communicate it verbally & easily to my spouse…
